Work Hours & Attendance

Employees are paid bi-weekly via direct deposit. Salary reviews are conducted annually. Performance bonuses may be awarded based on individual and company performance. All compensation is subject to applicable taxes and deductions.

Employees with concerns should first discuss issues with their direct manager. If unresolved, escalate to HR. All grievances are handled confidentially and investigations will be conducted fairly and promptly.

Employment may be terminated with written notice. Final paychecks include all earned wages and accrued PTO. Upon termination, all company property and access credentials must be returned immediately.
